Svetlana Levicheva specializes in advising charitable and other non-profit organizations (NPOs), and has actively participated in creating and supporting many private and corporate charitable foundations in Russia.
Svetlana also advises on the formation of target capital (both within NPOs and through setting-up special vehicles) and on tax issues of transferring assets from/to NPOs.
She has considerable experience in developing, structuring and day-to-day legal support of charitable projects of Russia’s largest private and public companies, including such corporations as Alfa Bank, RUSAL, Interros, BP, Uralsib, Severstal, and ALCOA.
